Default spark plug wire problem...need help

HT members,
my crappy generic spark plug wire endcap is stuck on spark plug in engine.
how do i remove rubber plug cap from installed plug?
your help is greatly appreciated.

needle nose pliers won't reach. i tried real long tweezers too! even with valve cover off, shitz was no go. what else?
