Default 90 DX Swap questions

OK, before you laugh at me, I am not a total dipshit.... BUT, I have a car at my shop that is a 90 DX. The check engine light is located on the ECU. There is not a connector to "Jumper" the codes or at least one I can find. This is my first time I have seen this type of ECU in an OBD1 accord. The car came to me H22 swapped, but will not run very well. I would like to see if any one else has run into this problem before. Any help will be appreciated.

The factory cabin harness appears OBD1. It has standard ECU plugs that fit the P13 ECU, however the Stock accord ECU has the LED located on it and and indicates codes there instead of at the instument cluster. Still no word on the Jumper...

I believe if there is a flashing LED light on the ECU you just count the number of flashes like you would for the check engine light to get the code. I know this is how the pre 90 accords are, think LXi modles.
