Default suspension noise

when ever i hit a pot hole or something like that i get like a dry hit , car is lowerd like 2 1/2 in front and 3 in , in the back , on teins SS . the noise comes from the front , and i checked ever bolt and they are fine , what alse do i check , or any one ever have this happen that could give me some pointers on it , let me know

Check the condition of paint (wear, worn or or rust) between the the coils of your springs to make sure you are not going into coil bind as essentially the spring goes solid from being over compressed. If it is happeneing on some but not all coils then your progressive or dead coils are hitting and it could be "coil slap" that you are hearing.

ya , all that is good , i looked at it today and i have about 6k miles on my tein SS maybe that will help

sounds like youre just slapping the top of the fender with your a arms because youre riding really low.
