Default Custom D-Series Transmissions

Hey, I'm looking for a Custom made transmission for D-Series motor that would be gear for acceleration. The problem with all the D series transmission is that they are all to long. Are there any companies that custom makes transmissions for D-Series motors. Or any sort of custom fabrication to attach a different transmission. The only one I know about so far are sold by ttp://www.gear-speed.com/ these are sort of expensive though. If anyone has any information about this please post it. Thank you.

Don't think you'll find anyone besides Gear Speed, unless you take the tranny apart yourself and mix and match the gears yourself.

Gear Speed will mix and match OEM gear sets for a custom setup gear box.

A couple of different companies make higher final drives for the D series trannies.... Start with a 92-95 ex or si tranny and drop in a 4.7 or 4.9 or 5.06 for that matter and whoila a tranny geared for more acceleration....

You wouldn't happen to have the name or link for the guy selling the close ratio d series transmission. Maybe I can talk him down to a more resonable price. Thanks
