*Pics* Part 2 of new suspension. *PiCs*
New suspension:
Ground Controls and Koni Yellows for the Integra Type R.
Ground Controls makes custom sleeves for the Koni's.
Here are my spring rates.
650 front and 800 rear.
Working being done on civic:
Progress Camber kit
Springs and shocks
AEM Tru-power pulley for the alternator
Prelude seats
Wiring up the jdm headlight again
Swapping from power to manual steering.
Lots of work ahead of me, but it'll be worth it.

cool, I think regular Koni yellows work best under a 500lb spring rate though, not speaking from experience.
Why the Prelude seat, seems they would be a bit heavy, although they are probably same height as the civic seats? I found newer civic seats are higher and heavier than I like. No type r seats or the like?
would love to see how you do your wiring for JDM lights...
Have fun

Can't go wrong with GC's. What kind of Koni's did you end up going with?I think you'll enjoy not having P/S. At first parallel parking was a bit to get used to but it's fine now.

Nope the Koni's are not revalved. When they blow I'll get them revalved.
I'm using the Prelude seats cause I got them for free, and I feel they are more supportive than the USDM ITR seats. Anything better than my stock seats is plus. Eventually I plan to have 2 CarbonFiber Sparco's with a 5 point harnass holding me in.
Yeah I know parking won't be fun, but not having power steering is also a big plus in my head. I drive my friends Hybrid without power steering and it's just great. I absolutely hate my power steering. I just hope the rack won't be a bitch to pull out.

How does the ratio on the manual rack compare with the power rack? I'd want whichever one was quicker. Is this a primarily a track or autox setup. Smells like a track car.
Just wanna note that if it's being set up for autocross, deleting the PS is never a good idea, but for the track that's a different story.

I believe the power steering rack is quicker. The manual rack requires more turns on the wheel to make a full u-turn. I'm still switching cause I'm also looking at the weight saving aspect also. I've heard it's better to use the power steering rack just remove the power steering pump and just reroute the lines if you do a lot of road racing. I don't do much road racing, but that's cause my suspension has always sucked. Hopefully I can pick up some more road racing soon.

The power rack is quicker. I have it on my hatch with the power stuff removed. Not much fun to parrallel park, but very nice otherwise.
