i have an 85 accord with the es2 motor (1.8 12 valve on valve cover). my wife lost the cap so i went to autozone to get the replacement. it is too small. the min diameter on the cap measures 27mm the min diameter on the cover measures 31mm. i went to the local honda dealer and they couldnt help me, so they said. anybody have any idea how to figure out the right cap? or what possible motors could be in the car if it has been swapped? maybe i can narrow the search that way.
