i found out , you are allowed if you cut the frontend fiberglass into 4 seprate parts. right and left fender, hood and front bumper. I found out from the NHRA tech director.

I think you're missing the point of the SFWD class.

Doh! That's like taking one step forward, but two steps backwards! You're going to need all that weight up front for traction...
Leave it stock and spend the money on power and suspension parts. Those will help you more than losing a few pounds. You can meet min. weight without having to fiberglass the entire front end.

We had this discussion in another thread (wish I could find it).
I personally don't believe the 1pc. fronts to really be much of a weight advantage. The stock bumper and fenders on these civics weigh basically nothing. The hoods are a few lbs, but they are pretty light too.
1 piece front obviously has aero advantage, and it makes working on the car a lot easier...but from a straight weight standpoint I don't know.
It seems that someone weighed a completely stock frontend vs a 1piece fiberglass and they found it to be within a few lbs of each other.
I say OEM front with fiberglass hood skin (4 pins) and you are set to go.
