Rules on a fuel cell please help?

Default Rules on a fuel cell please help?

I want to put a 5 gal fuel cell in my hatchback. How do I mount it? like is there rules? What do I use for a fire wall? any pictures would be helpfull. If I cut out my floor board and run aluminum backhalf how would I mount the fuel cell? Please help me out.

IF it is in the passenger compartment then it must be covered or have a bulkhead. I have cells in both my cars with covers. The lid is held down by dzus fasteners.

I believe the bulkhead has to be at least 1/8" steel also. And of course externally vented. Maybe even a anti-tip valve but I'm not sure on that one.
