I am interested how they reimbursed you for your modifications? What percentage did they give you back. I am dealing with them currently and have had extensive modifications done to the car.

 

I hve Allstate. I have never dealt with them on an actual theft claim, but I spoke to my agent last month about Allstate's policy regarding modifications to the car and reimbursement. Basically, I was told that they do not have an "official" policy, but if you have all your receipts they most often than not include that in the claim...

Like Flux said, there's no official policy, just show them all your recepits and stuff and be straight with the claims adjustor.
