Ok i have a friend that bought a new viper tramsmitter and we have been trying to program it in to her alarm but it's not working. So i called DEI up and they told me the brain is not even a viper brain. The brain looks like a bunch of relays and there is a valet button. Anyone know what company makes this alarm??? And how do i program the new remote??? It uses a viper remote but it's not a viper brain, I just need to program the new remote in.

 

If it doesnt say Viper it aint a viper. Even the oldest DEI alarms say the model on the top of the brain.

 

So does anyone know what kind of alarm this it??? It just looks like a bunch of relays.
