For $1,000 i would buy.....
Springs/Retainers
Cams
Cam gears
JDM DC 4-1 header
Exhaust
Hondata
Test Pipe
Pick from those....probably start out with a header/ exhaust...then get cams/springs/retainers...then hondata and tune it.

great man thanks!! i figured valvetrain..i dont' really want exhaust so is there any stock exhaust i can use like itr or can you advise a certain exhaust?
your gonna need a decent sized exhaust if your gonna do all that stuff. Your bringing all that air into the motor...you gotta make sure it gets out too. get like a custom 2 1/4" mandrel bent exhaust and then use like an ITR muffler. That way u get the performance and not the noise/hassle of it.
