my vss is acting up wierd. when the car is cold, the speed sensor bounces around and whenver it warms up it works fine. also when i get on it it goes wierd 2. im thinking it would be a loose wire somewhere.. but its kinda wierd how whenever it warms up it doesn't act all krazy

 

Are you getting a check engine light?

hmm... usually when the vss starts to act up, it throws a CEL... check your wiring for obvious shorts or damage and plug tightness/corrosion.
