I went to look at one of my sisters friends accords tonight, and it is getting no spark, I am thinking it is the coil. I thought about the d16 in my garage and if the parts are compatible. How often do the coils go bad on Accords? The d16 is '97 and the accord is a '91. Thanks in Advance

 

The accord is really a '90. For those searching for answers on a similar subject, YES, the coil and the ignition module are the exact same thing. Glad I could help myself and maybe others
