Default Exploited Racing

I have read some bad experiences with Exploited racing. Well, I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience with Brian(Exploited Racing). I like giving credit where credit is due, cause no one is perfect and Brian has made an honest effort on improving his image. Whoever had a bad experience with guy, I am quite sure he has taken care of it. I just hate hearing about businesses being bashed-that's all.

So, if you wait until other members buy to decide if you sould buy or not, dont you think others aren't thinking the same as you? Everyone is going to be waiting for each other to buy.

Let me tell you this. I have been screwed over in the past numerous times by a few people in this industry, let alone in my entire life outside of racing.
Here are a few examples:
4 years ago paid a fabricator (will not disclose who-no it's not Full Race) $1,500 cash up front to get my turbo manifold made and waited more than six months. Had to get my money back. Minus 50 bucks.
Had a turbo manifold made by another shop-this thing wouldn't even mount up to the head.
Had my 10pt cage done by a shop and ended up paying double the cost cause they could't finish it. (this one almost got me divorced)
I could go on and on with my trials and tribulations with my racecar. But I hope you get the idea.

Now, with that said how did I improve my life? I got smarter! Whatever problem you have with him you handle it one on one.
Would I have posted something bad about one's business because a product is not "perfect", the answer is NO! Remember, nothing is perfect in this industry and handle it with(in this case Brian) to resolve your fitment problems behind forum doors. Otherwise, get your money back and go else where!

Bad news spreads faster than good news and that is why I posted this topic.

You can't just "get your money back", I tried very hard for weeks.

Hey, I didn't expect this to go on for this long. And,yes, this should be handled in GDD if this is the case. And I am giving him a with our business transaction only. And he is not my "bud". Strictly business.

well regardless, you aren't helping him by doing this ****. Let him take care of all of his problems, then post, that way people aren't constantly reminded about how he has screwed up in the past. I want the dude to be able to make a living just as much as the next guy, you aren't helping him.

I work in the automotive industry and run the wholesale division of parts dept that does more business in one month than he likely does in one year. Problems do occur, I treat the customer with respect as if they were right and make sure 110% the problem is fixed ASAP.

Im sorry but after him telling me the flanges fit the first time and that i had the wrong head, then admiting his mistake, making me new ones (which i was greatfull for, it was the right thing to do) yet still ships them before he can verify they actually fit 100% (which they didn't).

I guess i just expect too much since im used to the service i provide...

I would love to hear your suggestions. I have posted all of our e-mails in another thread with the same name as this one in the fab forum. Read it and tell me what I should have done to get better results.
