Car sputters/misfires after sitting for 3 months..help please!
Ok my car sat for three months and it ran perfect before. I recently started driving it again but as I was driving today once the car is fully warmed up (temp needle half way or barely below half) it will sputter. I though maybe its the gas I ran the gas down to about 1/8th tank and filled it to half way with 92 octane. I was thinking maybe the gas turned to turpintine. Well it still misfires and gradualy gets worse. It was s1st doing it between idle-2500rpm when under load or accel. After I filled it with gas it was doing it up to 3200rpm.Also car flooded out somehow after I tried starting it at tha gas station. I had to crank the starter for like 10 seconds. What do you think? No codes are showing up on the ecu. Tried resetting the ecu as well. Any help appriated.
1. Fouled plugs and there getting worse?
2. What would go bad on a EFI car to make plugs foul?
3. Moisture in teh cap and rotor from sitting?
4. Fuel Filter clogged?
5. Main relay?
6. Timing Belt Jumped a tooth?

I think it would be a good idea to start here as well. When I went to go pickup my first CRX, it was sitting for like half of a year, and SURPRISE it ran like total caca. I pulled the fuel filter out and it was so clogged with dirt, it looked like there was a small dirt clog crumbled up inside of it.
The CRX ran good after draining the gas and replacing the filter.
