Position the front of the car 25 ft away from a wall, on flat ground.
Measure the distance from the ground to the center of the projector headlight.
Transfer that same height, but subtract 2", onto the wall.
Each projector puts out a beam pattern with a sharp cutoff. For each projector, the cutoff shooting out towards the left is lower than towards the right, so that the beam pattern looks like it has a step up in the center.
Aim the cutoff so that the lower (left) side of each beam pattern hits the mark you made on the wall (headlight height minus 2 inches).
It should look like this:
