i just did my timing belt and i think i forgot to line up the pulley thats right to the crank which is i think a balance shaft is it important and what does it do should i go back and line it up or leave it alone ??93 accord coupe

 

i see alot of the h22 people just removing the belt all together, that doesnt hurt anything. having them misaligned with each other will probably cause more vibration then having them disabled all together. if you dont have the car all buttoned back up i would either align them right or remove the belt all together. for my motor i bought a kit that has plugs and stuff so i can actually take out the shafts instead of just the belt.
