Well i bought a set of used pistons for my D-series... and well I want to buy new rings for them.. theya re standard bore.... what kind of rings should I use... Sould i buy anew set from SRP or are tehre onther brands taht would work better???? thasnk !

 

I would not go with the SRP ring personally... Some like the OEM Honda or the Total seal rings if they are seated correctly ( beaten correctly as the engine is fired...)

just get on summit and get a new set of je/srp rings; they're like $77 iirc
i lucked out; i bought a set of used srp slugs and the used rings on them were still in spec as far as end gap for my motor
