if they have it in stock they can overnight it. they dont carry all pads for all applications all the time, but if you need something they can make it and have it off.... i called monday and i had a set of panther plus pads in my mailbox friday, shipped 2-day. great service from carbotech. for street/track i would go with a panther or panther+ - those pads you can drive to the track with.

Ditto to Andie or Larry @ Carbotech - Great product/support - quick turnaround http://www.carbotecheng.com
Panther Plus is the track/street pad but they have other formulas if you need 'em. They also carry Hawk pads if you'd prefer.

What's the part number of the Porterfield for a 00 ITR? I only see part number of the R4S from 97-98. Does 98's shares the same pads with 00 models? What's the R4E for?

Anyone heard of Mountain rotors? A distributor told me this are better than OEM Brembo due to it's casting process.

R4S is the street Compound don't use on Big hard braking track (great street and auto-x pad though...if you are going to track the car get the r4)
R4 is the race compound don't use on street
R4E is the Endurance compound don't use on street

they will make it if they don't have it..

The 503 is the standard number for the pad and backing plate shape and size ... they will put any compound you want.

Others may have good service and prices but Carbotech is the best IMHO. Good advice, good product, good prices, fast service and they are actually here on this list to answer questions. I like to do business with folks who support my sport and Carbotech has offered contingency deals through the SCCA for SOLO II for a while know.

Regards,
Alan

As for Mountain rotors, that's the current OEM ones I have on my '90 GS. I don't know much about them except that is the OEM rotors BAP/GEON had for my vehicle when I was looking for new rotors. I've only Autocrossed the car a few times with them and it's been sitting on jackstands quite a while now, but they work like OEM. Haven't ever used Brembo's or seen them upclose so I can make a comparison on quality/design. They aren't bad for the money though - $38 ea. for the fronts and like $30 ea. for the rears if I remember correctly. Mountain is a Japanese manufacturer BTW, so maybe this distributor has a JDM superiority thing going on....
