I was driving down by my house and this guy pulls up next to me...(90+ Civic hatch) and i look over...he's got a full on fucken roll cage.....Nice ground system....Everything.....Rolling on some nice rubber. So he revs...Sounded like a turbo 'd A6....Soi rev....B16a vs Turbo'd A6. We took off...my lsd pulled my *** out of there real quick...crank into 2nd then 3rd. Next think i know he pulls up right next to me....And then i go full throttle... and pull out...but he dropps into 3rd and takes off....Then i hear him chugg and i pull forward....Then BOOOOM!!!! His whole fucken bottom end dropped out. The Fucken oil pan shot out of the car....
I pulled over and pulled out my kit and ripped the Battery terminals practically in half to pull the cables off. I looked underneath as far as i could. His oil pan bent up in like twisted metal into the Oil catch return thing......**** this dude told me he did everything himself. it looked like he didn't line up something right....the Oil pan was caught up underneath and just holding on by the threads of the few bolts left in....The holes were all stripped.... ....So i took him back to my house and called AAA....and had him towed home....He called me back and said i was a good guy for stopping...Point of this story....DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.....i can't tell you how much moeny and time and TEARS you will save. The guy forget to Torque down his new *deeper* Oil pan. And his high reving just Fucken pull it off! DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.....
