Default 13 sec n/a accord

Is there anyone else running their Accord in the 13's N/A?
I have run a 13.48 @ 99.17 (1.9 60ft) 3100 ft elevation. I backed it up the following run with a 13.53 @ 101.53. Just wanting to compare
and see what others have done to go fast.

Yes it's the ugly car again

Please keep me informed. I am curious what the single cam is capable of. Should be good.

I hope to be running 12's or 13's later this year. A huge project but slowly getting there. Have my '00 h22a4 taken all apart, got JE 9:1 pistons with crower rods, getting everything balanced this month...centerforce clutch, skunk2 cam gears, all new belts, gaskets..etc. Quaife LSD also...Then gotta save up for the turbo. So someday....someday. Anyone else here have h22a4? Want some advice as I get ready to put it in...

Nice to see someone with an H22'd 6th gen. Nice pics as well. Thats gonna suck with 9:1 pistons and no turbo. Are u going to drive it before you boost it? Where did you get your motor? Have the block decked while your at it.

I've got an OBD I converted H22A4. Advise? I've yet to see a 6G hybrid. Don't lower your compression ratio until you get that turrbo.

And you know you can't run those pistons unless your resleave the block right.... with cast iron sleeves...

Yes, I have had all kinds of driveline issues. 6 trannies, 2 clutch disks, 4 intermediate shafts, 1 pressure plate, and tons of axles. Right after I ran the 13.4, I ripped an axle apart, replaced it and tried again. The tripod broke and now I usually carry spare axles and parts just in case. I seem to have most of the issues figured out except for the axles. Axles are a lot easier to fix than all the other stuff.

Mr2, you can check it out at http://www.collectiveracing.net under members rides or there is a post here in the accord section called "family race car" the specs are listed there.

Hmmn not bad.. Did you get it tuned as yet?? And also how loud is your car? I have heard only one other N/A integra that was by my shop one day and that ****** was loud and was idling differently as well.

Jason kiDD, Still no dyno time. I live in Tucson and the Dyno shop is in Phoenix About 120 miles away. I just haven't had the time to make the trip. The runs I have made were just for minor changes that I can make to the suspension and what not. At the track the car is loud as hell, Because I run A "tuned" Test pipe.
That and slicks are about the only changes I make for track use. On the street the car is much more quiet Due to the additional premuffler on the car. Idle Is stills stock. I did have a surging issue, but I figured that out.

By the way does anyone know the difference in E.T. 's from 3100 ft to sea level.
I believe it is .8 of a second. let me know.

Well, I WAS going to change sleeves out at first but talking to JE and several other tuners, since my pistons are stock bore, you CAN actually leave the nikasel sleeves in and still make it work. I know it's risky but there ARE other people out there that have the nikasel sleeves and running boost.

Hondasport94 and EvoAccord
Thanks!
I got the motor from http://www.hondamotorsonline.com for $3200 shipped. Wasn't too bad a deal. The crank pulley got damaged during shipping but otherwise everything was very nice condition. Also threw in some DC sport headers for me. Even though I don't care for them, I can sell them at least.
