Default PCV valve Help

I think my PCV valve is clogged since last time I changed my oil on my 98 civic LX, there was about half of quart left in there (very unusual, and all my oil changes have been done on time). My car is not smoking or anything so that seems like the next logical conclusion.
But, my question is where is that valve? I thought it was between the intake and the engine, however, I really cant find it. Also, if anyone can tell me how to actually change it, that would be great too.
or if you have any other suggestions, be my guest to share em!
Thanks.

Possitive Crankcase Ventilation -- All I know is to help maintain fresh air if you lead the hose it would go thru intake for air into your valve cover mine clogged too I will change it soon .

Default Re: PCV valve Help (civicbuny)

its right under the fuel rail towards driver side.it has a vaccume hose connected to it that runs straight to the top of the intke manifold. just take some pliers and pinch the hose near the valve if it squeals its qood.
