Sounds like the blind leading the blind.

First off, what exact procedure are you using? It should be:

1- Make sure the fluid reservoir is full throughout the whole procedure
2- Depress clutch pedal
3- Open bleeder valve
4- Close bleeder valve
5- Release clutch pedal, and pull to top if necessary
6- Repeat until all air is removed.

Remember that if there is air in the top, like from a totally empty system after draining all the fluid, the system only moves it a couple inches at a time, so it's gonna take more than a cycle or two to do it. Also, it helps to get a small clear hose and attach to the bleeder valve, then dip into a bottle of fluid. That's keeps air from getting in from the bottom if your technique isn't perfect.

do what brokelude said same thing hapened to me. Its a 2 person job so grab a friend and you may need to open and close bleeder valve 5-6 times.....at least thats how long it took mine to finally release all the air. good luck

i found out that i needed a new master cylinder, and replaced that and it works good, i have pedal pressure but not enough or not as much as before, it releases literally an inch or less off the floor and then the rest of the pedal is dead, any suggestions on how to get it to to release a little bit further out on the pedal and how to get more pressure , i have bled the system many many times there might still be air in the line but i highly doubt it
thanks

You'll need to bleed the system again, and if you'll still not getting enough pressure, you'll probably need to change out the slave cyclinder

i dont know symptoms of a slave cylinder not working but it seems to be working fine right now, i have pressure but not as much as before , it is driveable but kind of annoying, also after a while it doesnt go into gear as easily, which makes me think that the pressure is lowering or something????

You need to keep bleeding it most likely. When you get air in there, especially at the top, it takes quite a few times to get it out. If you let air get in either by letting the reservoir go dry while you bleed or allow air back in through the bleeder valve, you create a vicious circle that will never end. Follow my directions exactly and you will be fine. Put a hose on the valve and dump it in a bottle of fluid if you are having trouble.

How did you determine that the master was bad?

Follow this man's advice.

And use the damn bleeder bottle! TRUST ME, it makes it much quicker and easier.

you could adjust the rod that goes from the pedal to the slave clynder under the dash, and pick up some slack.. usually you only do this if your trying to get the last bit of life out of the clutch... sounds like to me, your gunna need a clutch soon. the reason your pushing in that pedal soo far, is the pressure plate is a little worn.
