Default Recommend an Exhaust please!

Hi All,

1998 Civic DX 3DR

Going to install the following:

1. DC Sports Header (4-2-1). When I asked about putting on the 4-1, someone told I might have to remove the engine to get it in? Does this make any sense?

2. Magnaflow Cat

3. What exhaust? I have a tear in my Tanabe GPower (love the sound of this thing! Deep rumble). Anyone recommend something similar?

Thanks!

HKS exhaust. Love the way it is tilted. Not too loud...but deep.

greddy sp2 is quiet w/ good sound to it. and the 4-1 all you should have to do is go infron the bottom i would guess.

try flowmaster with 2 1/4 pipeing has a deep sound and never makes a crappy distortion noise or change all the way though the rpm range.
(dont make fun of it because it sounds dope)

you have the 1 or 2 piece header? you shouldn't have to take the motor out to put on headers.

Type One exhaust. Best exhaust and best sounding ever. I run a full Type One with the Type One Resionated testpipe (no cat) to keep the sound down.

I want to go with an Apexi N1 3". I think they run about 500. I don't really want to spend much more for an exhaust. I'd love to find an exhaust that was quiet like a stock exhaust, but wasn't restricting to turbo'd motors.

I like my greddy evo on my 94 coupe...but youve got an EK hatch but im sure they make it for yours too.... do a search on exhausts here theres a thread going on rating different ones and some actually have sound clips i believe.
