Here's the Story. Keys in My hand, car off, Headlights off, and set to the up position. Walk out side and both headlights are going up and down and alternating. Get in start the Car, and turn on the lights, they were still going up and down but on now. I hit the headlight retractor button and it did nothing. I went to the fuse box in the engine compartment and pulled the two fuses for the light retractors and left them in the up position so I could go home after work. Please any Ideas or things to ck would be much appreciated Thanks Chris

Sorry, can't offer any real help, just wanted to share that I remember being able to flip the lights on/off and getting them to go up/down alternating. I found it funny, but you probably don't.

Try investigating the headlight switch (arm), to see if has a problem. You can probably disconnect under the console somewhere, but a wiring diagram and multimeter would be a sure fire way.
