Removing seats belts (searched already)
I searched but camr up with nothing regarding this. I was wondering if any of you guys know how to take off the seats belts attached to the middle pilar in a eg coupe. I need to take all those plastics off completely and to take them off I have to remove the seat belt first.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Did you pull the plastic cover off the housing? I beleive it's just one bolt on there. If your stripping out the car and tossing the interior, you could always just cut it out of there.
Forgot to mention, when you pull the belts, keep the orientation correct. You can damage them by moving them around and messing up the actuation (lockup) of the belt.

nah...the interior is going back in but im taking it all apart cause it needs a massive cleaning job. Over the spring and summer the car sat in a friends body shop collecting dust and then it headed to another friends shop when I did my swap. Basically all the side plastic parts and headliner either have oil and dust on them.
