I've got a buddy with a used garrett t28 turbo that he was using on a Audi A4 setup.. So i know that the mani and software will not work, but do ya think the oil/coolant lines and injectors would work on my D16Y8? He's looking to give me a good price on it, so if I can use the turbo and sell the rest of it, think it might be worth a try?

 

If he gives you a good price go for it...use what you can and then you could always ebay the rest out.

 

Oil/coolant lines are basically universal. The injectors are Bosch and will not fit. Turbo is a good choice for quick spool.

 

i have a audi a4 as well,

the turbo , oil , and feed line are about all you can use from that setup.

the return line is really short on those cars. so you might not be able to use that either.
