Default please post ls turbo, and ls/vtec turbo setups

Hey everyone, I have to say this site has to be the most knowledgable site for turbo honda's. So I have a delema I want to go ls/vtec turbo but I have heard it does not hold up to a beating. Maybe I could bet some info from you guys. Also, if the LS guys could show me how there running there set ups because that will most likely be the way I go. I will most likely get the Drag kit but I would like to boost around 15psi peek. any help would be appreciated.

PS. I did a search

well if you dont want to piece together a set up like I did then go with a kit like drag or rev hard... Its all on you... Also you said you wanted to boost 15psi. You also got to think about the other lil knick nacks you have to buy to properly supply your motor with higher boost applications like injectors, better fuel pump than what existing kits supply, fuel management like HONDATA... Tuning is the key to making your motor run right, you run 15psi on a motor with just a kit then you could look for trouble (leaning out)... Also a block guard or better yet a sleeved block will do. I have seen set ups take 15 psi on stock blocks. Also pistons and rods, what c/r your are going with. gauges ETC ETC. it can be a hasstle but the after effect of it all boosting down the street is a great thing...

heres some pics of my ride. I am running a b18A1 in my EG with a custom set up... I will post more pics on demand, I also have some updated ones coming.

Good luck

Nice setup I like your xhaust manifold. Did you swap the pistons for a lower compression. I mean if thats what it takes to run high boost, I will. Although I know with that kind of boost I have to have a good fuel supply system. and mangment system. But I dont want to lower the compression any more than I have too.
