i noe three people with these....they are great. Easy to install and every very bright....at frist when we installed them they didn't look so bright, but after a while, they get blinding...haha...i suggest 8K....the color is rich. My friend has had his for months, no problems, and the color of his HID is rich and doesn't dull...all in all..its great....i suggest buying it

Exactly how easy are these to install? I've installed cd players and strut bars, is this sort of thing out of my league? :D

Thanks!

Are those $399? I dont know much about these. I have a Catz 4300K kit, and I love it.

Here are better kits for just a few $$ more.

these are real simple to install...it practically is plug and play...its not difficult....this is much easier than cd players...and cd players are pretty simple....but of course this is harder than strut bars....strut bars are jus bolts...there isn't much wiring so its not difficult....idk....$399 is expensive...if ur in SoCal...i might be able to get it cheaper...not sure tho...ill get back to u guys on that

I had genuine JDM headlights on my Civic with a retro but I got the headlights cheap. Just sell them and get the OEM versions and do a retro. I have had the HID kits before and it's nothing compared to a retro.

Retro = ******* pimp *** **** y0.

I wanna get that done but damn I'm only 16 and I havent worked in 2 months. I'm looking for a new job. When I get money I'm deffinatley getting them Retro fitted. I'll probably have some1 on H-T Do it. OR if I can research it enough and get the ***** to do it. Then I will. I'd rather retro then buy some cheap HID kit. Especially MORE now that I've read JDM's thread on HID's. Good **** man.

So then how does lexus and bmw sell them on thier cars? Mine will be about the same as the bmw for the reason it will have bmw x5 projectors so it will be legal.

WTF???

BMW X5 projectors belong in a BMW not a Honda so it wont be street legal. I love that guys retrofit projectors into their headlights like J_J instead of blinding people. I think the reason why HID kits were made illegal for highway use is for this reason. I highly doubt a cop will believe your honda civic had HID's from the factory
