I drove my car and went to stop the the red light... It make EEEEEEEE noise.. It sound like the belt or something.. DO anyone have experience heard the sound of EEEEEEEE noise on the motor? LEt me know.. Thanks

Ps Some people say it could be the belt, power steering, or alternator.. I cant tell where is the noise coming from.. Keep in mind the Type R only have 60,xxx miles on it..

 

Your question is kinda vague. Have you popped your hood and looked at anything while the engine is running? You might get a better idea as to where the noise is coming from that way.

 

have you checked your brakes?

 

OH by the way, it is not the belt.. It is something on the motor.. ALso The sound make whirring noise from the engine.. It could be the alternator or the belt.. NOt sure.. Is anyone had experience this happen before.. LEt me know

 

pop the hood, turn the car on and stck your head(CAREFULLY) down there and look around.

 

Does it sound like a whissle kinda sound?
If so i had the same prob. It's the water pump.
