im just looking for some input on what shocks everyone likes to run with the neuspeed sports set up. what works what doesnt. i dont need an all out race shock just something nice for the daily driver. and if you know where to find a good deal on a nice set up post a link. thanks alot

 

anyone have neuspeed springs? what shocks do you run with em?

 

I'm using neuspeed springs, but with stock shocks right now. The drop isn't aggressive enough for me, so I may be switching.

i was using koni yellows w/my nuespeed sports....the ride was fine, until the freaking springs collapsed....i'm now using GC coilovers w/the koni yellows and everything is perfect!.....good luck and i hope yours dont collapse like mine did!

 

damn is that a common problem with the neuspeed spings? they just collapse? ive had mine for about a year and a half now and i really like the ride....could be a little lower but no complaints. so are koni yellows a good strut to look at?
any other suggestions?

 

ive heard of it happening to one other person.....i had called nuespeed, and sent them the springs....the springs had been off the car for a couple months so they had stretched back out and looked normal when i sent them, so of course they said they were fine...i told them to keep the springs cuz they're trash....now, i wont buy another nuespeed part unless its something that couldnt possibly break (strut bar maybe?) cuz they wont back up their products.....yours will probably be fine, mine just had a rare defect....good luck!
