The turbo is a turbonetics t3/t40e. The intake side exit says .50 and the inlet of the exhaust side says .63. how does this compare to the sizes of some of the precision units. Im going to be running a backdoor setup with an equal length mani. How much power can is this turbo capable of pushing?

Anyone else have any oppinions? I was thinking of gasket matching the mani and turbo, maybe this would let me flow a little better?

Your manifold gasket will most likely be metal, and already has a pretty precise fit. No "matching" should be necessary.

 

As in making making the turbo side and the manifold flange totally match the gasket.... how much power can i make with this turbo?

 

on a vtec motor, depending upon the setup....400 should be reachable...
