I know there have been a few threds like this. But I can't seem to find pics of a 99-00 civic coupe with a rear lip and an Apexi N1. Mine looked ok, untill I put the lip on and now you can't see it or anyting and it looks like crap. Any Pics?

heres mine with the OEM rear lip and the Apex'i N1 Turbo muffler



fitment is good but it kinda hits my lip everyonce in awhile................overall the fit is nice.

 

Thanx for the pics. Do you have any problems with it hiting speed bumps or the ground? How do you think I should get mine mounted.

I like how yours is mounted. I just don't know how to explain it to the guys. I have seen some angled N1's that just look like ***.

 

ive only hit it a few times but nothin real major.

when i looked at mine, i figured that i tried to mount it kinda straight but still at an angle.......also, it goes over the LCA soo it will aid in clearance a lil bit. couldnt tell u completely how to. but, if u go to a muffler shop, im sure they will ask you how u want it mounted...........

apexi is too loud..why dont u try AJR spl street muffler?

 

Those sound good too. My apexi isint very loud, that's why I went with the resonator. No rasp and tones it down. Ive had the exhaust for about a year, just getting around to having it re hung.

 

mine has no resonator and im running a test pipe as well...............mine screams at high rpm but is pretty deep at regular driving.................better than the 5zigen i had. that **** was wayyyyy too raspy for my taste.

tell the guys that you want it at a 45 degree angle to the right.
