These are from the Euro market VTi... I believe they are capable of being wired for heat, but the US market cars don't have this option.

FYI... answers to some questions I've gotten
the glass is normal...
all i know is the plug directly into the US market car and work with the standard power mirror switch. I don't believe they do the power fold like the KJ (JDM) market mirrors.
The 2D Civic was not sold in Japan...
