b16's are awsome motors. they have way more parts available than the h22. h22 is a waste of money in my oppinion.

is it possible to get a h22 for this price?
and if it was wouldnt i need to make room in the engine bay to make space for it?
i heard that cost a lot to do, and im on a budget of about 8k.
92-93 hb si (if possible)- 3000+
b16a jdm- 2800

and springs/shocks

wtf

could said b18c or b20, but h22 from a b16 was ******* out there dude.

$2800 is kinda high for a b16, average price all all that mentioned is around $2400

GSR motors are pushing 2800-3200 these days.

what does everyone think about the jdm b16a/SiR (first generation)? it seems they usually have the lowest price but does it come with high mileage or something? are they a worthwhile investment because they are so cheap?

B16's are really getting cheaper and cheaper. Most of these importers claim that they are 30K or less. But sometimes you get some really beat up *** engines. From the engines I've bought..all expept for 2 are hand picked and inspected before we bought them at a salvage yard. We also ordered 4 more over the phone and they were really beat up. I've always noticed how all the nice clean motors are bought up at the yard and all the leftovers no one wants are shipped out to phone order customers.
