...Whatup everbody...before anything else, ive tried the search feature and have found useful info, as well as pics of the actual exhaust, but not really any pics other than 1 of the the magnaflow cat on a 92-95 hatch...anybody that does, any info, opinions, advice would be helpful as i am ordering one, but i really wanna see some pics from those of you that do have it, i wanna get a better idea of what they look like on..thanks...::Edit::...i have a soundclip of 1 a gsr, but again, one on a EG hatch would be prefered if any of yall got 1...thanks again...

Sorry I don't have pics or sounds for ya' but I like my magnaflow system. When I first put it on ('93, D16z6), it sounded really really good. However, when I put a DC 4-1 header on, it seemed a bit more whiny. It's kinda loud inside, it smells 'cause I never put my cat back on (I live in Michigan, a state without carb testing), and the tip sticks out just a bit too far for my liking, but overall, I really do enjoy the system.

Maybe if I put a cat on it will negate the whinny noice the headers brought on? Then again, that means I'd have to put a cat back on there.

 

It's a real nice system. I'll highly recommend it. Sounds great, and it's cheap to boot. I wanna get rid of the rice cannon muffler though and go for the ES oval as soon as spring rolls around.

 

yes a cat will tone it down. less raspy, i had a magnaflow system on my old vx with ls swap and i really liked it.

 

I have pictures and a sound clip its on a EJ2 so will be basically the same.

for those that emailed me, the car is using the de-cat pipe (test pipe).
So may sound differnt with the Cat in.

i had on on my 93 also , sounds great it was kinda loud when vtec would kick in with no cat but after i put the magnaflow high flow cat on it sounds awsome , i don't eally thik the tip stuck out to far. i have on eon my 97 hatch now and i love it
