I have two Civics Hatchbacks one is 1993 and the other 1994, both are red. Both will not start.<U> However here is the weird part. If you remove one spark plug from either car they WILL start. If you try to put the plug in while it is running it will stop. It does not matter which plug you pull. Also if you just pull the one plug wire neither will start. The only way they will start is to pull one of spark plugs out!! Both are ready for swaps but need to make sure all is correct before. Below is a list of things I have done. Any help would be appreciated.

Timing Check
New Dizzy
New plugs
New wires
New fuel pump
3 map
3 ECU
3 Fuel pressure regs
3 Main relays
Open exhaust
New fuel filter
Test on TPS
Leakdown test, less than 10%
Noid lights on Fuel injectors
Fuel injectors tested. (perfect)
And probably a lot more.
