Default Engine lifting points

I know you can use the 14 mm bolt hole on the back of the head. Can anyone post a pic of the trans side lift point? Is it the bracket on the top of the trans just behind the slave cylinder? This bracket is heavy duty enough to hold that side of the 300 to 400 lbs of motor swap?

what my friends and I did on the tranny side was simple enough I would say. Attached chain to tranny bolt that has the bracket for the clutch master cylinder. Worked just fine for us. hope this helps and not misleading.
