well let me draw it out for you......
if you're going to keep your body stock (as in, no lip kits or anything), i say go with the 16's.
if youo're going with the OEM kit or the Mugen kit, i say go with the 17's.
if you're going with the WWRS kit, or anything bigger, like the gReddy lip, i say go with the 18's.

Looks great and I agree..when I put my GT-P's on I hated them, they looked HUGE on my civic. BUT, now I love them with all my heart.
