They came off a lotus esprit turbo, so I kind of doubt that.

remove a wheel and look for a sticker on the back of the wheel.
or some engraving.
MOST wheels come w/ some sort of identification in either of those ways.

The only kind of markings were sizing, and it also said "Prime", but those are obviously not the symbols for Primes (thank god).

then they're Prime wheels. They look like a style Prime would make
