main problem : i can't UNLOCK my doors

 

how about your trunk

 

my trunk will open

when i try to use the keyless entry, it seems as if my car unlocks, but hten locks itself again, i tried to look at it, but nothing happens, it just makes the noise that it's unlocking but then locking YET nothing happens

 

go in through your trunk for now

 

desperate times come to desperate measures...


i have work at 10, so....maybe that'd have to happen

 

does anyone else have suggestions?

 

pour very hot water over ur locks works for me

 

bbust out the hair dryer

j/k, yea i'd pour hot water on the locks and pour some down between the door and the pilar. if that doesnt work, i'd probably just crawl in through the trunk and start the car and let it run for 10 minutes or so with the heat on. maybe drive to where you have to go and it should be ok by then. i had a similar issue once but the other way around... my door wouldnt close. after i opened it the latch froze and i ended up driving to work holding my door so it wouldnt swing open. i actually got it to latch as i was pulling into work.
also, are you sure it isnt some sort of security thing? my neighbor's old accord had its window broken and it went into some mode where the doors wouldnt unlock and the car wouldnt start.

 

no, it's no security thing i haven't done anything that has to do with security to my car but get an auto lock for it.

and yessss the car is miiiine that's why ican't do much to it, because i spent my money on getting it myself ;X

 

hair dryer or a bucket of hot water worked for me before.

 

Just a thought, but maybe some lock de-icer would work?

 

or they sell those keychain things that use batteries, and a small metal prong comes up and you put that into your keyhole...
