for the most part, yes, but not in bracket racing.

That is an eternity when it comes to bracket racing. Tell us what you drive and what you have done to your car and we can better evaluate you.

You would run in the mid-upper 15s with a 1/8 mile time like that. Try lowering the tire pressure a little bit and you might be able to net some quicker times, I usually run 24psi on my tires when I go, but we have completely different setups, just keep practicing and trying new things.

Try low 16's

Yeah, I'm thinking he's around 16.0-16.3 in the 1/4... based on both his ET and MPH.
He'll need to be around 9.7/9.8 in the 1/8 @ 70-71 to hit mid 15's. That's just my personal opinion, and it's sorta based on my engine, so individual results may vary.
Good 60' for a first timer though! On my first time, I completely bogged the launch and missed 3rd. Ran a 17-something with a near 3.5 60' ... Needless to say, it got a lot better on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc...

he would run roughly a 15.88 1/4. the most accurate formula is 1/8 mile, 10.113 x 1.57 gives you a 15.88. my 4 door ls has always ran those times bone stock. i got alot of bashing from you guys when the car ran in the 15.70's but im also consistantly running 2.20's 60 foots and even been a best of a 2.16. i never miss a gear, and learned my car. Most people can drive gsr's in the 16's and wonder why their cars so slow, swap the driver and the car runs low to mid 15's. just my .02

work on your 60ft. Trial to get 2.2-2.1 ....i recommend motor mounts, traction bar, and a pair of good drag radial like nitto 555's or bf goodrich.....

My fastest timeslip has me 9.7 with me finishing in 14seconds. I have over 50 runs in my car, a 10.1 is in the mid 15s.
For a clownass who don't understand drag racing times. He is gonna trap in the 86-87mph range.
