i have a 1996 civic dx, with a jdm B18c1 swap and a jackson racing supercharger boosting 8 psi... but when i put the MSD 6 btm box to the motor, the alternator started acting up. now it did this on the stock d16 motor too.... but i had the MSD 6A box..

if anyone has any suggestions this would be greatly appreciated!

 

Alternators do go bad on their own, so perhaps it's not the ignition system's fault. What is your alternator doing differently?
