Default attempted wheel theft - tucson, az

it was around 115am - 130am and im lying in bed with my fiance. we just got out of the shower and we are winding down. i hear my alarm beep 3,4 times, and i ignore it thinking its the usual cars driving by that make it beep. well then my alarm goes off.

so i peek outside and see my car looks pretty ******* high off the ground, so i rush outside and my car is ******* jacked on one side, 2 of 4 lugnuts are gone off each wheel, all lugs are loosened. so someone obviously tried to steal my buddyclub sf's.

i notice the jack they used is the same jack that my fiance's cavaleir has, its got a wide mount that would fit on almost any car, so its good for this type of ****.
they had 2 big *** rocks ready for mounting sitting by my car. i called the cops and its been almost 45 min and no one has arrived.

it was a loud *** exhaust that i heard, had no idea what car it was, but i could tell it was a manual. it wasnt a good exhaust, surely a shitty peice of ****. having no description helps, but be on the look out tucson people. ive heard the same car for the passed 45 min fainting driving around scouting ****. and ive heard that same exhaust many times before but never thought nothing of it.

i was going to buy a house this summer with a garage of course for this exact reason, but ive never had an encounter with theft yet. but now that i have, im going to be moving into a house with a garage alot sooner then i thought.

so now that i have to get new lugnuts, what do you guys suggest? i need something locally, as i need some asap. i gotta work monday. im just gonna have to hit up discount tire and settle for whatever they have.

i cant beleive people do this **** to other peoples property.... what the **** is wrong with people.

You should get a set of wheel locks ( I think that is what they are called, custom lugs, with a custom key) .. a set of 4 runs for about $20 ? And then get whatever other lugs you need for the rest of the missings ones.

In addition to the wheel locks, get Driveway Patrol.
