And he says his car is better than mine (i rather drive my stock CX that im not afraid to admit than his imposter Type-R anyday)


If you read his page/s it makes me want to throw up, honestly.

His car is faster than mine, but lets use "faster" lightly since its a stock D16Z6.

How about this, instead of worrying what label to place on your car, or someone else's car, people just worry about building their own project, and not what the next guy/girl does. That way, you can enjoy it, instead of trying to stay at the forefront of whatever trend, or anti-trend is hot.
80% of the threads in this forum end up the same way, "JDM is rice" "rice is gay" etc. It's enough already. If you like your car to look a certain way, great, enjoy it.

if there were 2 hatches. one is "JDM" and the other is "RICE", which do you think the honda thief would prefer? which has the more chance of having an engine worth stealing?

everytime i see a riced civic on the highway, i always think slow *** pos. this is also what i want a potential thief to think when he sees my car.

im not saying **** bout JDM. im just not going that route.

How do you "make your car JDM?" Is there a certain amount of parts from ebay that make it JDM all of a sudden? If you're talking about adding a bunch of Japanese parts, don't. Buy the theft proof American parts that you sepak of. Build your car based on what thieves force you to. Hope you enjoy it.

90% of modified Hondas have swaps in my area, so they'll steal whatever is easiest. Honda's are stolen constantly, regardless of what label you put on them.
