Default need help w/ the si

Sorry this is long, but i need this answered. thanks for any help u may provide
ok, so i came back from visiting family up north for two weeks and i wanted to take the car out, so i proceded to back out of the driveway and it felt like i kept riding over something and making this clicking noise on my driver's side rear tire so i bagged the trip and took the car back to the garage where i proceded to put it up on stands and i took off the wheel, everything looked ok as far as i could see so i just cleaned everything and put the wheel back on. today i went out to the garage to check up on the situatuion and my tire was at 10psi. could this be what caused the problem?
btw: the car is lowered on gc's and stock shocks(don't think they're blown, it's only been lowered for 2 months)

The tire could be what was causing the 'running over something' feel. Fill it up and go see if that was the problem?
