Maybe you pushed the brake dust shield into the rotor. If it's actually vibrating, maybe you seperated the axle while removing it from the hub.

Re: 1996 honda civi SI front end noise problem
along time ago i did the front wheel ebaring like a month ago, it was fine.
two days ago i did the rear wheel bearing.
front has disc brakes and back has hub
i did tire rotation to at this time.
so after installing the rear wheel bearing and rotating the tire i notice ever since my front driver side is making a noise, soudns lik its a wobble noise something is loosing and wobbling and hitting.
I have a 1 peice rim and nothing recently was done to the front.
i jacked up car and trid to move the tire and it moves correctly, no shake or movement, so the wheel bearing is still fine. car was jus safetied too so the strus springs n contro larms r fine, i dont get it. maybe the rim is bad or something ? this makes n osense.
only thing i can think is the elbow bushing or something ? or axle?
but when im rolling it happens but accelerating it does, when i let out th clutch i hear a big paddle then i wobbles, but after its disengaged as well it stil ldoes it, nothing is wrong with the clutch either its fine. even sometimes when its in im changing n still movie the car still makes the sound. i seem to hear it mroe inside the car then out... wtf
