98 Integra Stereo into 96 civic?

will this work, are the harnesses the same? or will I have to wire the integra harness in? if so, are the color codes the same?

You'll need the Civic dash kit

I've got that already, just wanna take out the pioneer deck and go with something a little more clean looking...
