I need some ideas on how to fix an overheating problem on my Turbo's ITR

Due to the size of the turbo and trying to keep the AC (first bad idea) we downsized the radiator to a stock civic. We put a 1500cfm pull fan on the radiator to help reduce heat at ideel. Normally after driving on the highway at 70+ it takes about 15 minutes or so before the temp starts to do a little dance of going up to mid point and then down, going to mid point then to a a mark above midpoint and then back to mid point . So far I have stopped and let the egine cool down before taking it back home. I'm not sure, but maybe I can get a fluidyne civic radiator in the limilted space but wonder if someone makes a stock size civic radiator that works better. I am open to all suggestions.

thanks I am in the process of reading all the topics that popped up under overheating in the ITR forum. So far no answer for what I am looking for. I was hoping some other turbo'd ITR like mine had a good suggestion.

I really am not lazy .... but it sure would help if someone had a similar problem with a good fix. That is why I asked here in my follow ITR forum. I know if I have answers I share them

 

Well change the thermostat chk the sensor, chk the fan, chk coolant

 

My Type R is turbo. Here is what I'm running:
Fluidyne Civic Radiator
Maradyne 2500 cfm pull fan
Spoon Hoses
Spoon Thermostat
Spoon Thermoswitch
Spoon Radiator Cap
Aftermarket clamps (to reduce the risk of blowing hoses)
Thoroughly purged system

changed thermostat, radiator cap, purged and burped coolant, wired fan so it is on constantly. ........ I am thinking just not enough air flow and volume. I think if I pull the AC and go to larger radiator with higher volume fan ...... maybe will fix problem ???
