Default grease gun fitting

is there anything on my car that I should be greasing when I change the oil, I bought the car used and the guy always got his oil changed at like midas or penzoil. until I had this car I had a truck that whenever I changed the oil I greased like the tie rods and stuff like that, but they had a port for me to connect the grease gun fitting to, made it pretty easy. I've only changed the oil on my car once since I've had it but when I was under there I didn't see anything like my truck had.
My question is, are they there? and what kind of fitting do I need for my grease gun?
thanks
